Do you have a catalog or price list? +
We do not publish a public price list. Every bearing is quoted after we confirm the spec, material, precision and quantity. This avoids quoting a "standard price" for a configuration we cannot actually supply. Send us your part numbers — we quote within 1 business day.
Are your bearings interchangeable with other brands? +
For standard series (6000, 6200, 3200/5200, etc.), dimensions match. We declare these as "compatible references" — not authorized, not affiliated, not OEM. The trademark owners are clearly stated on our brand pages. For critical applications, we recommend sample testing before bulk commitment.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
MOQ depends on the model and whether it is a stocked or custom item. Standard deep-groove bearings (6200 series etc.) have low MOQ — often 50-100 pcs. Custom or precision bearings may require 500+ pcs. Tell us your quantity and we confirm MOQ per line item.
Can you provide samples before bulk order? +
Yes. For critical applications we ship physical samples or measured inspection data before you commit to bulk. Sample cost depends on the model — standard items are often free (you pay shipping), custom items may require tooling cost.
What inspection data can you provide with the order? +
Roundness, roughness, dimensions, clearance, noise level, hardness — all measured on our in-house equipment. Tell us which parameters matter for your application and we include the data with shipment. See our Quality & Sourcing page for the full list.
How do you handle shipping and export documents? +
Sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or express (DHL/FedEx) — your choice. We handle export packing (anti-corrosion oil, vacuum wrap, pallet), commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. We ship to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East regularly.
