Ningbo Shuanghua Bearing Co., Ltd. (NLHB) has manufactured ball bearings in Cixi, Zhejiang — one of China's main bearing production centres — since 2002. We supply OEMs, equipment builders, distributors and maintenance teams in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Our strength is bearings that need more than a catalog number: double-row angular contact bearings, track rollers, guide and straightening wheels, and miniature bearings — produced to standard series, to your drawing or from your sample.

WHAT WE MAKE

Six bearing lines, one factory.

Double-row angular contact bearings

Our core line. Full 3200 / 5200 and 3300 / 5300 ranges plus 3800, 3900, 4200 and 4300 series, in open, shielded and sealed versions. For gearboxes, pumps, compressors and clutches.

Track rollers

SG, LFR, LV and VW rollers and ring slides with U-groove, V-groove or flat outer rings — including custom groove profiles measured from your sample.

Guide & straightening wheels

Guide, aligner and straightening wheels for tire-building and wire lines, where profile accuracy and wear life decide output.

Deep groove & miniature bearings

6000 to 6300 and thin-section series, plus MR and flanged miniature bearings in chrome or stainless steel, with steel or silicon nitride ceramic balls, steel or nylon cages and precision up to P4 — including SR-series dental handpiece bearings.

Agricultural bearings

203KRR2, 204KRR2 and insert units with multi-lip seals for disc harrows, planters, combines and tillage tools.

Aircraft-type control bearings

Inch-size airframe-type bearings — single-row, double-row, precision and roller types — dimensionally cross-referenced to common RBC designations, for industrial and aftermarket use.

HOW WE WORK

We control the processes that decide bearing life.

Turning, raceway grinding, super-finishing, cleaning and assembly are done in our own plant. Heat treatment is carried out by long-term partners. Every batch is inspected before packing.

1. Specification check

Send a part number, drawing, sample or dimensions. We confirm dimensions, tolerance, seal, clearance and material before we quote.

2. Samples first

For new parts we supply samples or measured inspection data, so you can test fit and performance before volume production.

3. Production & inspection

Roundness, raceway profile, roughness, clearance and vibration are measured on our own equipment and recorded per batch.

4. Export delivery

Anti-rust oil, vacuum wrap and pallet packing, with commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Sea, air or express.

Where our bearings match SKF, NSK, NTN or other brand references, we state dimensional compatibility — we are not an authorized distributor of those brands.
