- Our hosting provider — serves static HTML files. Logs IP addresses for security.
- Email / messaging providers — when you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or WeChat, your data is also subject to their respective privacy policies.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other cross-site advertising trackers on this website.
5. International transfers
NLHB is based in Cixi, Zhejiang, China. When you submit an inquiry from outside China, your data is transferred to China for processing by our sales team. Formspree and Cloudflare process data in the United States and the European Union under their respective data protection frameworks (Shield / SCC successors). By submitting an inquiry, you consent to these transfers.
6. Data retention
- Inquiry records: kept for 5 years after the last contact, to support repeat orders, warranty claims, and historical reference.
- Order records (if a quote converts): kept for 10 years per Chinese accounting and tax law.
- Server logs: kept for 90 days for security and debugging, then automatically deleted.
- Unsuccessful / spam inquiries: deleted within 30 days.
You can request earlier deletion of your inquiry data at any time (see Section 8).
7. Cookies & analytics
This website uses a minimal set of cookies:
- Essential cookies: used by the inquiry cart (localStorage, not a server cookie) to remember which bearings you've added across pages. This data stays in your browser and is never sent to our server until you submit the form.
