This Privacy Policy explains how Ningbo Shuanghua Bearing Co., Ltd. ("NLHB", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit nlhb.net or submit an inquiry through our website.

To fulfill an order: if your inquiry leads to a sample shipment or production order, we use your data for production records, packing, shipping documents, and invoicing.
To improve our service: analyze which product lines or replacement references are most inquired, so we can expand our catalog where buyers actually need help.
To prevent fraud and abuse: protect our sales inbox from spam and fake inquiries (honeypot field, Formspree anti-spam).
Legal compliance: export documentation, customs declarations, and tax records where required by Chinese and international law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your inquiry data is shared only with the processors listed in Section 4.

4. Third-party processors
We use the following third-party services to run the inquiry workflow. Each one only receives the data strictly necessary for its function.
Formspree (Buster Labs, USA) — receives and routes inquiry form submissions to our sales mailbox. Formspree Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare CDN & DNS — serves the website and protects against abuse. May log IP and request metadata.
Our hosting provider — serves static HTML files. Logs IP addresses for security.
Self-hosted website statistics (GEOInflow) — runs on our own server at geo.nlhb.net. Statistics are not shared with or sold to any third party.
Email / messaging providers — when you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or WeChat, your data is also subject to their respective privacy policies.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other cross-site advertising trackers on this website.
5. International transfers
NLHB is based in Cixi, Zhejiang, China. When you submit an inquiry from outside China, your data is transferred to China for processing by our sales team. Formspree and Cloudflare process data in the United States and the European Union under their respective data protection frameworks (Shield / SCC successors). By submitting an inquiry, you consent to these transfers.
6. Data retention
Inquiry records: kept for 5 years after the last contact, to support repeat orders, warranty claims, and historical reference.
Order records (if a quote converts): kept for 10 years per Chinese accounting and tax law.
Server logs: kept for 90 days for security and debugging, then automatically deleted.
Website statistics: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
Unsuccessful / spam inquiries: deleted within 30 days.
You can request earlier deletion of your inquiry data at any time (see Section 8).
7. Cookies & analytics
This website uses a minimal set of cookies and one privacy-friendly statistics tool:
Essential cookies: used by the inquiry cart (localStorage, not a server cookie) to remember which bearings you've added across pages. This data stays in your browser and is never sent to our server until you submit the form.
Cookieless website statistics: since October 28, 2026 we use GEOInflow, a self-hosted analytics tool running on our own server. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not identify you personally. It records the data listed in Section 1 so we can see which pages and products are useful to buyers and which contact options work. We do not run Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar third-party tools.
No advertising cookies: no Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Insight Tag.
Because we do not use cookies for analytics or advertising, no cookie banner is shown.
Opting out of statistics: if your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, statistics are switched off automatically. You can also switch them off on this device and browser with the button below (it stores a single setting in your browser's local storage).
8. Your rights
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have the right to:
Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your inquiry data (subject to legal retention for completed orders).

All web traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
Inquiry submissions are routed through Formspree over HTTPS.
Internal access to the sales mailbox is restricted and logged.
Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage sensitive drawings to be shared under NDA via email rather than the public form.
10. Children's privacy
This website is a B2B industrial sourcing platform. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted an inquiry, please contact us and we will delete the record.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, processors, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage or notified by email to existing contacts.
