Match the profile first
A wrong profile creates point contact and edge loading, which wears both the roller and the rail regardless of bearing quality.

Custom profiles from drawing or sample
We machine and grind the outer-ring profile in our Cixi factory and can reverse-engineer a worn roller. Our ring-slide rollers run in battery and medical production lines. NLHB manufactures miniature and deep groove ball bearings up to P4 precision, and double row angular contact bearings and track rollers up to P6.
