Replacing a branded bearing with a Chinese-made one is an engineering change, not a purchasing substitution. Same dimensions do not mean same bearing
Two bearings with identical boundary dimensions can differ in ball size, ball count, cage, contact angle, clearance range and grease. Those differences change load rating, noise, temperature and life.

A three-step qualification plan
- Samples with inspection data. Dimensions, precision, clearance and vibration measured and reported for each sample; material and heat treatment documents on request.
- Test in your machine. Run samples side by side with the current bearing under real load, speed and temperature. Record temperature rise, noise and condition after the test; ask for failed parts to be returned for analysis.
- Pilot run. Install a pilot batch in a limited number of machines or one production line, inspect incoming parts to the agreed plan, and switch fully only after the pilot result is reviewed.
Honest limits
- Our compatible references are based on dimensions. They are not SKF or NSK products, and we do not supply branded bearings.
- Equal dimensions do not guarantee equal load rating or life. Compare calculated ratings and confirm by test in your application.
- We state our precision capability as it is: up to P4 for miniature and deep groove ball bearings, up to P6 for double row angular contact bearings and track rollers.
- Heat treatment is done by long-term partners, not in-house; material and heat treatment documents are supplied per order agreement.
- Where your customer, insurer or regulator requires a specific approved brand, a replacement is not a technical decision alone.
